Ritch Haselden is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in building and leading high-performance sales organizations across the technology and managed services sectors. As a co-founder and Vice President of Revenue at Kimberlite Partners, he has been instrumental in developing subscription-based service models that drive growth and customer retention for software publishers and solution providers. Before co-founding Kimberlite Partners, Ritch held executive roles at several companies, including Senior Vice President of North America at Essence Group, Vice President of Sales at ResponseLINK, and Vice President of Sales and General Manager at Rainmaker Systems. He also co-founded and served as President of GolfNow, a golf course marketing platform acquired by NBC Sports in 2010. At Kimberlite Partners, Ritch continues to leverage his extensive experience to help clients transition from reactive, project-based services to proactive, subscription-based engagements, enhancing revenue predictability and customer satisfaction.
